The means of transport used for consignments are exposed in the payment gateway, choosing the customer carrier (SEUR, Spain post) and price as appropriate to their destination.

As a general rule, the package via SEUR are sent within 24 48 hours following receipt of payment, number of follow-up and delivery without signature. If you prefer the certified shipment, an additional charge will apply. Get in touch with us before requesting this option. Delivery by post Spain Option Pack 72 Office (average according to origin / destination, for shipments placed before 16:00 hours in offices with evening shift or 14:30 hours in offices with Schedule only morning):

The provision of the services will be Monday through Friday, except on Saturday morning for those shipments which are contracted the complementary services Saturday delivery and/or collection on Saturday. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs.

Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary according to the total weight of package.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your package after shipping, but we do everything possible to protect all the fragile items.

Packages or small packages with goods with destination outside the European Union (EU) or outside the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla for these territories, may be subject to certain requirements of information and Customs prior to departure (export) under the current customs legislation, mainly for reasons of international security. Peninsula and Balearic import customs formalities:

Importación por Procedimiento Simplificado (D.U.A. Simplificado) Import by simplified procedure (simplified DUA):

Shipments between individuals whose value is between 45 and 150 euros (or below 45 euros but derived from an economic transaction (e.g. online shopping), as a general rule will be processed by simplified procedure which requires a simplified DUA before customs processing. (DA - 1)

Importación por Procedimiento Ordinario (D.U.A. Ordinario) Import by ordinary procedure (ordinary merchandise):

Any shipment valued above 150 euros or, regardless of its value, subject to border controls of safety (health, pharmacy etc.) or special taxes (alcohol, tobacco...) or the valued between 22 and 150 euros, the importer/consignee is a company and derived from an economic transaction (online shopping), as a general rule, will be processed by ordinary procedure which would require the processing of an ordinary DUA for the release of shipments at customs.

Customs import formalities

Post does not exercise any activity of customs representative in this territory.  All operations is carried out by the Customs and the local authorities of Melilla but without any intervention post.
