The order has to be activated with its acquisition.
Once your purchase is activated, for details, extras or different elements in your personalization, you should contact customer service.
We make the item you request upon request, customizing the piece you want with all the details that are required in your design; but for this you must contact via WhatsApp or mail with customer service and they will quickly and effectively assist you.
Remember that a personalization, requires more information, to capture the idea well and make a termination that makes you feel that you have your own designer at home and for this we recommend you go by WhatsApp to +34633645668.
A customization takes about 10 days between the preparation and acceptance of budgets. Regarding the shipment, you do not have to worry about anything, since shipments are very often made to the United States of America by means of certified Spanish mail and for this we will extend the number of the locator, which you can control at any time with a follow-up of your online shipping
Communicate, that for cases in Europe, certified shipments arrive in 72 and 96 hours; but for the United States of America, due to the exhaustive controls in the American customs, once arrived there, they generate the delivery between 15 and 20 working days.
